From time to time, LongFlight may offer made-to-order products. These items will be clearly marked as Made to order on the product page before purchase.

Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item. Estimated delivery times for made-to-order items are displayed on the product page and may vary depending on production and shipping timelines.

If you wish to cancel a made-to-order item, please contact us as soon as possible. These orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production has begun. Once production has started or your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
