LongFlight offers free shipping on all orders to the USA and Canada. Ready-to-ship items are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production time, carrier delays, customs processes, or peak seasons.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Ready-to-ship items are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. Made-to-order items are produced after your purchase. Please see the Made-to-Order Items section below for timelines.

Made-to-Order Items
Some items are made to order and are clearly marked as Made to order on the product page. These items are produced after your purchase. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for delivery. Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item. Estimated delivery timelines are shown on the product page and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, customs processes, or peak seasons. To cancel a made-to-order item, please contact us before production begins; once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
